Apprenticeships
1783 - 1866

Apprenticeships provided technical training for the trades. The Apprenticeship vehicle was also often used to remove orphans and other needy children from under local government support to the private sector. The searchable Apprenticeship database provides access to apprentice records through apprentice name, master name and trade.
